Marlon C. Griffith is the founder and principal litigator of the firm.

Marlon served as Chief of the Trial Division at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, widely regarded as the premier public defense office in the nation and an office renowned for its zealous, client-centered advocacy. As Chief, he led over 60 attorneys handling the jurisdiction’s most serious and consequential criminal cases.
